Every worker is inducted, every job has a signed Safe Work Method Statement, and our insurance and licence details are available before your first job.
Every worker completes GFC’s induction through our online Worker Safety Portal before starting work, with a read-and-understood sign-off recorded for each document. Site-specific inductions with your facility are completed as required.
Our operators are trained on the machines they use, including ride-on sweeper-scrubbers, large-area carpet extractors, and pressure and surface cleaning equipment.
We hold a Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) for each service we provide. Workers read and sign the relevant SWMS through the Worker Safety Portal before they start working for us, so there’s an auditable record of who signed what and when.
Before work starts on a new site, we complete a job risk assessment covering access, traffic and pedestrians, electrical hazards, slips and ideal working hours.
Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for every chemical we use, and our equipment operations manuals, are available to our team 24/7 through the Worker Safety Portal. We can send copies of the SDS for products used on your site for your own records.
